Question for Paxil/ Paroxetine users, i need help.?

Hello all, so I have been on 20mg of paroxetine for about 3 - 4 months now. It has been huge help but today I am experiencing a possible side efect. I feel not dizzy but a bit out of it and light headed. Also I have been sweating more then I can even describe at night. I thought over time my side effects would get better but they seem to be getting worse. Is this normal. Do you think this"out of mind" feeling is a side effect of the medicine? Also I missed about three days of the medicine and began taking it again this morning, could that have something to do with it? Any help would be appreciated.

Can any body tell me the best medication for OCD, and what dose is likely to get the best result? I have a very stubborn case and have tried augmenting with four different atypical anti-psychotics: Zyprexa, Seroquel, Risperidone, and Solian. Is it time to experiment with something like Haloperidol/Pimozide/Largactil?
I have heard that these older drugs can cause dystonias and other bad side effects. To stop the side effects, can I take Cogentin/Benzatropine at the same time as taking the anti-psychotic, or does that stop the drug from working? I was thinking about combining Paroxetine or Fluvoxamine with Haldol. Is this worth trying? Or, what about Clozapine- with an SSRI? Please could someone steer me in the right direction. Thank You.
